At Books n Brands we strive to provide high-quality professional services. Due to the nature of digital and creative work, refunds are limited and subject to the following terms and conditions.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of order placement. Any request submitted after this period will not be entertained.

No refunds will be issued once work has been delivered, approved, or revisions have been requested.
If a client becomes non-responsive for more than 30 days, the project will be automatically closed and no refund will be issued.
If a project needs to be re-initiated after inactivity exceeding 30 days, a $200 project reactivation fee will apply.
Refunds are only applicable if the client is not satisfied with the initial concept designs and no revision requests have been made.
Once revisions, alterations, or concept selections have been requested, the refund policy becomes void.
Website projects are divided into phases (planning, design, development, and deployment). Once any phase has started, the work completed for that phase will be billed and is non-refundable.
If a refund request is approved before development begins, 40% of the total package amount will be deducted as design and planning charges.
Due to the labor-intensive nature of editorial and publishing services, no refunds will be issued once editing, formatting, or publishing work has started.
If a refund is approved prior to project initiation, a 30% service fee will be deducted.
Marketing services (including digital marketing, advertising campaigns, promotions, or distribution services) are strictly non-refundable once the campaign setup or promotional work has begun.
All rush service fees, priority delivery charges, and expedited service payments are completely non-refundable.
If a refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
If a refund is issued, the client agrees that they will have no rights to use any designs, materials, content, concepts, or work created by Books n Brands. All intellectual property will remain the exclusive property of Books n Brands.
By placing an order with Books n Brands, the client agrees to all terms mentioned in this refund policy.
